What we collect
When you join our waitlist we collect the parent/guardian name, email, and optionally phone, your child’s age, preferred start date, program of interest, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to tell us. We record which consent choices you made and a one-way hashed form of your IP address to prevent spam.
Why we collect it
To review your inquiry and contact you about enrollment. If you opt in, we may also send program news or texts — those are separate, optional choices you control.
Who receives it
Adonis by Iya staff involved in enrollment. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure; email notifications are delivered through our email provider. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist inquiries only as long as needed to serve your enrollment interest, then remove them. [Confirm a specific retention period with counsel.]
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing/SMS consent, at any time by emailing hello@adonisbyiya.org or calling 347-380-4610.
